That's a good question. I measured her probably early January and she was 25.5 inches. I will check again at her next cooperative moment.

She just turned 2, so I’m sure related to growth and her weight distribution/fluctuating. I think so.

again, good question and she is actually really close to 26 inches tall now. Probably 25 and 7/8ths. hard to notice it when one lives with them, so it's nice to have outside observations and experience. I have been slowly adding to her kibble since the day i found the weight loss.

Not sure if you saw this measuring device that someone posted her - using a zip tie on a yard stick, just loose enough to slide up and down.
5 lbs is a lot to lose in a short time, but I do recall Asha at two years fluctuating a lot.

that is a good way to measure. What I have been doing is a little different, but it works for us because I have plenty of tape measures, but no yardstick. First I put her show chain on her, and she immediately is still and stands nice. Then I take the end of a tape measure and put it by her front paw. Then I bend the tape measure and when the part that goes over her withers is level, I read the middle of the bend. There is no way I could photograph it just me and her and still take a reading, but these two water bottles can help with imagery. I called the middle of the bend 11.5 inches, then put the tape beside the bottle to see how close I was.

Ok can’t seem to keep any tape measures around idk why. I’ll be buying a yard stick tomorrow! I think Pepper is maybe 25 I could be wrong though. She is definitely compact.

Remy had his annual visit today so I got an updated weight. Basically the same as last year. He was weighed a time or two since last years visit, but I can’t find the paperwork and don’t remember the weights. He tends to be between 79 and 81lbs though.
