Didn't see him in person, spouse did. Spouse just said he was big. Which could mean anything. Never asked the breeder because size was not a factor in selection. The breeder did say they expect him to exceed 100lbs.

Yes, he will be left intact. He was pick of the litter and will be available to his breeder should they decide to use him. Even so, there is no benefit to neutering, so my males are always left intact.
