I love her dearly. She is my heart and the crazy ears really represent her personality. Such a muppet. :)

She is a pretty flying nun! :)
Actually I like her ears. I guess they are very expressive. My first Doberboy had it... it was really cool.

Thanks for posting a picture. I am not disappointed at all

OK... finally we taped Asha's ears. It went very smoothly using Elly's method.

She was sleeping on my hubby's laps when I taped her ears.
I was using cloth first aid tape. We bought a big package of zip-ties... so I will vent her ears frequently.

Here is my sleeping princess :)

Awww... That doesn't so uncomfortable... Hehehe! Make sure that square part on the end of the zip-tie can't rub her raw. Those corners can be a little sharp ;) Maybe wrap it in tape especially if you clip the end of the zip-tie off after it was adjusted to the right tension. She looks so drowzy!

My little angel is sleeping. I will do it in the morning.
The good thing is that square part is outside of the hook. The end of the zip-tie is sharp. Why didn't I think about taping it?!
Thanks for your suggestion, Ingrid :)

Aw! Now that is one sleepy puppy. I look forward to seeing how the taping effects her ears. Thanks for sharing! And great idea about taping it Ingrid.

We are going to remove the taping tonight... Asha seems to be comfortable in a new ears style :)

Asha looks like she's doing great, and she wasn't nearly as uncomfortable as you thought she would be, was she? Great results already!

Asha looks great! I wonder if you'll have to tape them down again when she starts to teeth or does that only apply to cropped ears?

The caption on the picture where she has her ears taped should be "I'm having my ears taped so I don't end up looking like Bailey" (said with a wittle puppy voice) LOL ;)

Bailey is very cute girl and Asha doesn't mind to look like her ;)
My breeder asked me to tape Asha ears. Monica really wants me to consider showing her.

Jessica I don't know yet. Maybe I will do it again. What I learned it's easy and not painful for Asha. We are ready for a new challenge :)
The ears look good so far :fingersx:... but they may start flying again.

I normally have to tape 'on and off' till the teething is fully completed. By 8 months, they are all set and I've had no more 'flying' ears! :)

She is 3 months only... I will have enough time to enjoy taping ;)

Asha ears were flying so happily today on our hike
I could not resist to post the picture for Katja ;)

    LOL

Your pictures are so beautiful and Asha is just a stunning girl. :)

I wish I knew about the taping when Bailey was little. I wonder if we could have fixed her nun ears. I was not happy about them in the beginning, but I am over it now and I love her naughty look. Sometimes when she is tired they sit correctly (believe it or not LOL) but it just makes her look like a wolf in sheep's clothing. AHAHAH she looks so innocent and we know she is not.

We will watch Asha progress... when I look at her crazy ears I am not sure taping would work.

You may laugh more... "Perfect posing" and 32lbs in my arms
