Beautiful country!
Its on my bucket list to drive up from Lower 48 and just wander around camping, taking it all in.
Many places only accessible by ferry or floatplanes. Magnificent last frontier.

BTW There is another user here who lives in that area I believe @chilkat ? Or was that the other dobe webforum?

Hubby has a friend who lives way up north in AK. He's a trapper so he has miles and miles of trap lines near the Arctic Circle. I don't know if you've ever seen the Mountain Men series on the History Channel but he's the one from Alaska in the show.
