Dang. I should have edited it the first time. It was 24 weeks, not 20! But he definitely grew up after 16 weeks. Hopefully he ends up about 80-85lbs. Any heavier and I'd be worried.

Don't be worried. You may just have to adjust food amounts. My boy hit 94lbs and then I cut back on his food from 4 cups a day down to 3 cups and he's at 82lbs.

I know.. it's gone by so quickly!! We just retook my photo with her of me holding her-- I'm hoping when she's 1 year I'll still be able to do it haha! It helps that since she was that 8 week old pup I've been going to the gym and losing weight/gaining muscle-- I'm going to need all the muscle I can get to hold her at one year I think haha! I really don't think she's "fat" by any means but wow seeing the scale say 71lbs is crazy. She's just very "dense" haha. I haven't been active on here because wow I though the puppy stage was rough... now at this stage with multiple walks a day and training exercises it seems I don't have the time to be on the forum that much!

Oh goodness, she's a pretty, pretty girl!! You both look great, and she sure does appear to be a well-trained and cooperative baby! Good for you!

She is fantastic! Still has her moments most definitely... erm jumping is a big issue haha... but it's crazy how in love we are with her.
