Falcon's page

You and Falcon are winners today!!! LOL, I had kept a leash from my last Doberman and had it on Asha as a youngster. Same thing - she just burst forward at something and I was holding a loose string. It was at a training thing, so she only went a few feet and I caught her by the collar, but that afternoon I ordered a couple of new leashes from my favorite online vender.

it snaps, and he keeps going
I bet that was a surprise! LOL I had my first experience with leather breaking on the rein from my horse. I forgot how it broke. Maybe they stepped on it or something? Can't remember and I know horses are a lot stronger but still. I never thought leather would do that!

Great recall, Falcon!

Happy birthday!!

I only clicked funny because I can see it being played out and the absolute stress/worry on your face but then he stops and comes back…the feeling of accomplishment right there is surreal!! It’s such an awesome feeling!! Can’t guarantee it will happen next time but I will damn sure take this as a huge arse win.

Good for you!
Good for Falcon!!

We went to a show on Sat. & Sunday to try for that CD title....he got his first two legs with no hiccups, and has been laying down on the stays since. Really been training the sit everywhere with him - he seemed pretty solid. Except in the ring! This time, he got up and walked over to me, and put his head on my belly....staring up at me as if to say "Are we done yet"? Saturday I asked the judge how we were scoring if he hadn't blown the stay - a 196 1/2!!! Sunday he did not show as well, probably because I was out of sorts....but for certain would have qualified....and again; got up on the stay and walked over to me, as if it was cute.. So I am going back to the drawing board....hard not training with anyone!
