We were sound asleep, and everyone probably shares this reaction as me; you hear barfing, and it wakes you right up! So I go to Falcon's crate, and see this orange knob, and part of the toy I took away from him last week. I had seen the red rubber pieces coming out in his poo, and they were small pieces he had gotten off of it, so I was not worried....threw that toy away last week when I saw he was picking it apart.
I could not figure out where this orange piece came from, then my husband described the West Paw Tizzy. We have not had the Tizzy since LAST SUMMER! It disappeared, and hubby thinks it was out in the yard and he probably hit it with the mower and threw it out.
My concern is; how long has this thing been in Falcon's stomach!!!! My husband is trying to tell me that perhaps he found the piece in the yard recently and ate it....believe me; I scour the yard when I am picking up poop, and have not seen toy pieces forever. Meanwhile, no loose stools, no other vomiting, no loss of appetite...I can't imagine him eating this whole thing....
. Just thought I would share my thoughts for today

If that doesn't wake you up, nothing will!
. Surgery removed both, but the vet made it clear there was no guarentee that the dog would pull through!
