very nice work and accomplishment!Figure I should start a page if I am going to be filling up the forum with photos and videos of his progress! Here he is last week after I have been working on different exercises with him. Really having fun with this boy!

. As we were going into the ring; he was busy watching Utility next to us, and as a dog went over the jump during our off leash heeling, his hair went up and he barked. I grabbed him, as the judge excused us. She apologized; and I told her I should have excused myself before it got to that....I could see this was not going to work; but powered through, thinking he would settle in. So we walked around the fairgrounds after, and let him visit with all kinds of people. He seemed to have settled in by afternoon, and did beautifully in the afternoon trial
...until the sit stay. We had 5 seconds left, and he laid down
. I was so thankful that he at least did everything else beautifully. So we will have to search for another show. When I got home, I had ordered photos from the last show we were at where he did so well in Novice, and earned his Rally Intermediate title. So here are a few from a good day!

Beautiful photos you both look so happyWe entered a double trial Friday only, hoping to earn Falcon's CD. Apparently, he did not have enough exercise before we left, because he was SO JACKED UP at the show! He was not focused, and acted as though he had never been to a dogshow before. We entered a show last month, to try for that final CD leg....first day Falcon did nicely until the stays....he was SO fidgety, that I pulled him before they started. Then this video is the second day attempt....he had a nice run, and then laid down on the sit. I didn't notice the Rot on the end...and wonder if this is the dog that had him so ansy the day before? Try, try again!

Try try again is right! You'll get there for sure. I thought Falcon was very composed. The Rott was a bit of a distraction, but after he got up, Falcon still stayed pretty composed I think! If anything, I think he was looking relaxed after looking around a bit, like "hmm, looks like we're all done, may as well take a rest here!" LOL. You may remember Asha flopped down and rolled (it was outdoors on the grass) with 10 seconds left in her sit.this video is the second day attempt....he had a nice run, and then laid down on the sit. Nice! He really looks like he's happy to try to please you! You'll get it next time, betcha! Here is the first part - my sister was with me, and changed the verticle to landscape 1/2 way through my run.....so my hubby had to doctor it so I could load on You tub
Definitely increases the bond with you and your dog, zero disadvantages!cool to be working together towards something useful...its a journey, amiright?
Ya, I'm considering AKC OB
