It depends on (among other things) what you want in a Dobe and what you plan on spending. Do you want a conformation (show) dog, a working (IPO) dog, a pet, a protection dog?
I personally recommend LiparLand but I'm biased. Altobello, Betelges, Noblesshof all have great dogs too.

I'd be glad to help you in any way I can. I can tell you from experience that it will be a journey finding your next pup. I can also tell you that a "pet" will be the hardest to find. Somewhere in this pile of puppies there is a little black boy that is going to live his life at my house! I share your excitement as well. At the moment, all I have are some photographs under the uv lamp which I'm sure Vera has sent you already. Anxiously waiting for those 1 month old pictures in daylight though.
I talked to Vera. She has promised me pictures. She has been busy traveling with Valdo, her kids and her work. She keeps saying I promise pictures tomorrow, then the day gets away from her. Now if you get some, please post them up here!

I suspect that with you in charge (is that a thing regarding humans when Dobermans are concerned??!!) they will just meld into the perfect little nose-poking, leaning, and water-dripping family!
I normally want this time of year to "go fast" just so Christmas break (2 weeks off) gets here quicker....now I just want it to fly by because I want to see that girl happy at home with you guys!

Ha, right after Rumor lets Drake know that she's going to be the boss, like all Doberman girls want to be.
They might be smaller, but they sure have some moves. Oh he's going to be thrilled! I'm sure it will also help keep those little shark teeth off you when they play with each other. At least it did with our pups when there was already an older one in the house, even though Albert would occasionally snipe a bare foot from under the table. LOL
