She's here!

What a cutie!!! How does Vera know which one is yours already at such a young age? I couldn't stand waiting...just go ahead and ship her, lol! I know the amount of stuff they learn from Mom and siblings is critical so I only kid. Good thing there is a big ocean between the 2 of you for now!

This is how she explained it to me. All 3 girls are sold. Rumor is the only one that will be cropped and docked. We had to get it done before she got older. Vera seems to think she has seen enough pups that she knows which one is right for me. She said no worries this is her dream litter and all pups will be fantastic.

BTW, brings up another thing. Vera would like this litter to be named with something starting with G. She understands my position that a G is kinda touchy after Greta. But this is her dream litter and it's really important to her. I am considering changing names because it's so important to her. Except I have ruled G names out so I can't think of any. I would really like to accommodate her because she has been so wonderful.

Any suggestions for a G name?

I love "Grace."
"Gift" would be kind of neat and super unusual.
For some reason I love one-syllable names...of course Jax is rarely just called that one syllable...

But....I LOVE "Rumor!!"

Well don't choose "Gelert" as I've already snaffled that one and besides it's a male name. OH, btw here he is; Gelert - Rumour's brother and Dogon's nephew I think?IMG_1794.webp

Oh look another adorable baby! I can't wait to watch them both grow up. I can't remember if you mentioned it, but is he going to be cropped and docked too? Whoever Vera has for a crop vet does a beautiful job with them and it's a perfect look for a Euro.

Boy G is a tough one - especially for a girl. How about Grumor and you could call her Rumor for short? LOL

Gabrielle, Gabriella / Gabby - very talkative...like people can't stop talking about her, "Rumor"

Yes, docked and cropped. Crop style will be similar to his uncle Valdo - not a long show crop but something practical that looks good and stands easier.

Vera's dogs have beautiful crops! I think you will be pleased.

Now the name thing. I talked to Vera. We have a bit of a launguge barrier. I think I can call the pup whatever I want. I think it is the registered name that should start with G. G**** from Lipar Land.
Is that right @Drogon ?

Another I didn't think of is Gina - meaning well born.

I'm cheating and looking at a list but...
Germaine
Gidget
Godiva (even though I don't like more than 2 syllables)
Gretel
Gypsy

Yes that is correct. The first letter of the name of every dog in that litter will start with a "G" so if you get one young enough then you can pick the name as long as it starts with a "G". That will be the registered name. That only will matter if you title your dog really. You can always pick your own 'call name'. Some score books and registries have places to include a call name. Drogon is his call name. His registered name is APOLLO FROM LIPARLAND.
