So I gave him his blanket, but he’s always alert and he moved it away by the time I backed up to take the pic lol.

Do you guys get grief in public for her ears? The amount of grief people get on TikTok from people over the pond is insane. There are more comments against it than any positive comments about the cute video of the doberman who happens to be cropped...

We get thank yous from people who are happy we did not crop. It was not a political statement on our part. The breeder had her scheduled for crop and we did not want to do it. We usually remark that historically breed standard is cropped.

I don't get a lot of direct grief about katyusha's crop. Since we are often out with one of her sisters who is not cropped, mostly we just get asked why their ears are different. I think ONE time, maybe twice, I heard someone tell her sister's mom (so that I would clearly hear it) "at least you didn't have her ears chopped up" . Sister's mom is a real sass and let them have it.
