10 months already!

I have to say I have been waiting on dreaded Doberteens and this kid is just getting better & better. She has always been serious, not much nonsense or goofiness in her puppyhood; now watching her puppy days slipping behind us I see nothing but a gorgeous hard knocking companion coming on.

She is fantastic! She might give the Doberteens a miss. With Jazz I had to work so hard right from the beginning with her sassy self that it was gradual improvement from about 4 months onward. Not that she wasn't still a handful, but there was no real regression, just a need to keep boredom at bay at any cost, and nip any new unwanted behaviours in the bud when they popped up. I am so hanging in there to see Asha doing her protection training!

I think that's it exactly. (Jazz is surely her long lost cousin) Asha was pretty hard in all ways her first few months - I had no choice but to be hard, & set firm boundaries, right back. I really believe it pays off. Tough love and all that...

She’s an awesome looking dog beautiful. It certainly doesn’t take long for 8lbs puppies to turn into 60-95lbs adults. Seems like I got my male just yesterday and he is 3 now times flys.
