White Bump on Dobies Ear

Hi there! I found this white bump on my 9 month old dobies ear and don’t know what it is. It’s gotten little bigger over the last few days. Doesn’t seem to be bothering him too much.. he was scratching a bit today but nothing crazy. He doesn’t seem in pain when I touch it and the vet is unsure .. wanted to see if anyone can help. I have attached photos

Did you recently finish posting him? It could just be a tape irritation or a bug bit of some sort.
Elroy has one on his hock, except way bigger and I think it was from his little sisters shark teeth nailing him there.

No we’ve been done posting for 3-4 months now. It just appeared after he went camping with my boyfriend so maybe a bug bite ? The vet was overwhelming me with information about it maybe is a hystiocytoma or a viral papilloma but didn’t even seem sure so I thought I’d turn to this forum which is always so helpful
