This should give you an idea how big their feet are...
I don't want to go too far off topic on this but .....lol....the guy I bought my Appaloosa's from had a 9 month old Clydesdale come in to him for training that was absolutely adorable!!! I wish I took pics. He was as big as a regular horse and he said he had to keep reminding himself that this boy was still a baby! :) Big beautiful eyes too. Just a beautiful creature.

I love all of the latest pics!

That shot of Della and the comment are hilarious! We need a hilarious button. I can hear that cartoon noise when I look at that pic.

I've been noticing this with our pup. Never seen this on one of my dogs. He's 7.5 months.

The other day he slipped a bit while turning and wound up with some mud on the top of his head. :wacky:

His breeder says that having the dewclaws remain intact helps them in turning. I think I may be starting to believe it!

Intact dewclaws are included in the breed standard for Shelties because of their herding background. She's very adept at 180 turns. When working sheep, I have to send her back and forth behind the flock (called wearing) during the fetch and she reverses immediately.

Your guy sounds very agile! Good luck with him.
[DOUBLEPOST=1424214182,1424210815][/DOUBLEPOST]I went to Westminster this morning. We had about 4 inches of snow over night and it was snowing when got up, so we left half an hour early. The commuter traffic already started at 5:15 and we crawled to the Park And Ride behind a salt truck. We got to NYC at 7:10, my sister met us at the bus terminal and we took a cab to Pier 94. It snowed until late morning and it was a mess. There were several no-shows in Dobes who I'm pretty sure were due to the weather. Morgan is Coopers nephew and we wanted to cheer him on. Morgan almost didn't make it, as his ride got stuck behind a breakdown on West 54th street and his mom had to walk with him a couple blocks from there. I was waiting by the benching entrance so I could give her a hand unloading the car and carrying in his crate and bag. While there, I overheard a lot of conversations about handlers getting trapped in traffic near the Lincoln Tunnel and a bus breakdown bringing handlers from their hotel.

My buddy Morgan staring at me. (I looked away quick!)

Me taking a picture of Morgan's butt. That's my sister to the right. Jeri is peeking over my shoulder.

I never heard of Jungle Jack Hannah. Jeri said he's on a lot of tv shows. He was giving interviews and passing out his photo to the kids.
