We got caught in a down pour while hiking today - it was short but heavy & icy cold. We're still terribly short on rain here, so I'm absolutely happy about it. Asha, not so much while it was pouring down, but totally fine as soon as it stopped.

THAT would be a great calendar photo....the typical "Dobe in the rain face". I love it Mine hesitate to go into the yard when it's raining, but if I get the leash out, it's ON! And then they get out in it.....and out comes that face

This is Duchess. She is a littermate of Zastava. These sisters started their nosework careers independently of each other, then our breeder got us in touch. I expect they will compete against each other one day. Duchess is going to come stay with us for a week starting Saturday, and I am really looking forward to it. I will try to get some photos for updates.

Rio went paddle boarding! He was iffy and whiny at first but once he learned how to balance and how much fun it is, he loved it and kept wanting to get on and go for more rides.

Love seeing this, as i have one Doberman who loves to be in the fishing kayak. I imagine a paddle board to be even more challenging for a dog. Nice training!

I wish I could take credit but, he’s really just built this way we took Brinks the next day and he was even more of a natural, like nothing to it!

Oh how she loves the Kids!! Especially the youngest, who matches her energy!

It is and was my first consideration when thinking of buying her. I have to have a dog that gets along with (grand) children. Buddy was an angel with them and I worried that the next dog might not be. But no worries with Annie. She's a sweetheart.

Even when they aren't doing this and they are calm, they sure do seem to know they are littermates and are constantly close to each other.

At least they don't steal them off the tree like these two do. After they can't reach any more standing on their hind legs, they've learned to shake the tree to knock them off. LOL
