This morning Olive made herself a nice little nest out of pillows and blankets. When I got up she said "nah I'm good here".

Private property next to mine (no house on it, but I have permission to walk through it to get to public land) has this ancient Oak tree with weeping dead branches. It would make some kind of wonderful photos if I took my real camera over there and spent time with shadows, light at different times of day, angles and all that. To-do list, I guess... Asha for size reference!

Oh yeah! That would be awesome! And it's funny I was thinking the same thing yesterday while looking at my horses in the Corral looking over the fence and trees in the background. I thought boy if I just sat here until the sun was just right it would have made it pretty picture! Your old oak would make a great backdrop. even without the Sun it's pretty cool!

They both got new latigo braided leather collars and I picked the same colors that Della and Albert had, but Olive has Albert's color since it matches the black and Elroy has Della's color since it matches the red.

It's two years ago today we brought Achilles home with us from the rescue centre, he has had such a great effect on our lives and we love him dearly .
