We've been relaxing on the back deck watching the sky darken. So I gave Kali a dehydrated 'something ' that I bought at the holistic doggie store a while back. I can't even remember what it is. But she loves it.

Almost finished it.

She wasn't happy that I took it away. I don't know if she should eat it all in one sitting.

This was Mugzy about 2 wks after he was brought to the clinic.
He was thrown out of a car window on the 7mi bridge and the car behind them was a client of ours and saw it happen.
They pulled over and retrieved the kitten and brought it to us.
He became our clinic cat.
He was a bit feral so I spent a lot on f time with him to get him to trust.C0A68202-2CE3-4CD4-952B-2B525C03A177.webp48AE86F2-D8C3-41F1-B60F-4BD42B414ADD.webp
Mugzy became attached to Bogie and they would play hide and seek and he was Bogie’s side kick when we had to do any medical procedures on Bogie.

The hospital is being sold and will be a 24/7 emergency hospital for the general public as well as our existing clients.
I was worried about him remaining at the hospital after it’s sold so I asked to take him.
He is so much happier now being with us and in a home. He and Bacall have developed a bond along with Tater, so he will be going to Roatán with us.
What’s one more right?
That brings us to 11 animals being imported with us.
5 birds, 3 dogs, 2 cats and a snake. Lol
Sort of a mini Noah’s Ark.85FE859A-AF9F-4A1E-AF66-CC3FF58D7565.webp

@Viemarangelrock was kind enough to start a Happy Birthday thread, but I thought I would post this here so it would get wider exposure.

Worldwide social media gives you the opportunity to make friends even when you don't speak a common language. Somehow, I ended up friends of Tine and joined her group of Danish herding dogs. We communicate by the Facebook translate function and Google translate. Don't hesitate to like a post or friend someone just because they have a foreign language. One of the DNA sites hooked me up with a relative in Sweden and we correspond the same way with the Facebook translate functions.

The Danes are very jealous of us in the US because we have so much room for herding. Their competitions are in relatively small pens, even smaller than the beginner courses for the AKC and American Herding Breeds Association. They don't have any of the large multi-acre courses as here.
