Thank you, I didn’t mention it this time, you’re right! I had it pushed back earlier too because I was worrying she may go into heat.Oh I'm go glad it went well and I know how we worry until we have them back with us again.
I forgot or didn't realize it was this month unless you just haven't mentioned it lately so you didn't jinx yourself.
She is doing really well went out to potty and had a little bit of kibble. Just non stop tea kettle now.

YAY!!! You snuck it in! I was going to say the same thing as Jan that I didn't even know it was coming up. But what a relief! I was so glad that she breezed through and doing well! I'm so happy! Annie will be next! LOL I haven't called yet but she just finished her heat and will be two in March. So sometime at the end of March or beginning of April.

I am happy she’s relaxing and seems to be doing pretty well. My son made her a ramp to get on to the sofa. One of us sits with her with her leash on so she doesn’t attempt to take off.
The snow that’s turned into a sheet of ice has been a pain. I put a tarp in the back yard for her to walk on, to not slip. My son then smashed the ice/snow to make it easy to walk on. She’s let us know she’s had to go potty too.

She looks so cozy and content there. It's such a relief when it's all done and they can recover after all of the anticipation leading up to it.
I was amazed at how easy it was to take Olive out on a leash after she had hers done when she's used to the run of the fence but I think she sort of enjoyed the "me time" out there.

You’re right having it all done and them home is such a relief.
Aww I’m sure she did like the one on one with her momma.
I’ll be on the sofa with Pepper tonight to make sure if she needs to go out we are close to the door. Plus, I’ll get to be close to her on the sofa.

No, it was hard to find a vet to do it around here idk why. Blue pearl would do it for an absurd amount of money.
She won’t leave the stitches alone and so she’s coned. I feel really bad, but no other choice.
Ugh. I worry about that too. I have a soft inner tube type that just goes around the neck. But Annie actually can maneuver that quite well. Little stinker. I think there's one that @JanS had that looked very interesting. Comfortable and worked well. I remember seeing that and thinking, that's better than mine! Can you post that one Jan?
