NewLife

I just got off the phone with my breeder in California and found that
my new pup has just been whelped.
I am off to Los Angeles in 11 weeks for pick up. Wish me luck.

Heidelberg Germany (very cold here)
Great news Frank!
Are you getting an Aldercrest?

Yes from the E-litter.
Eva vom Adlercrest imported from Norway and just earned her IPO-I
FreddyMercury vom Dragonerreich imported from Germany and has an IPO-II

That is too cool!
No,no more dogs for me for a while,we are full.
However!!
I live just down the road from them.
It would be my pleasure to buy you lunch while you're in town.....as long as I get to meet your pup.:D

How exciting for you! Now the wait begins!

Lunch may be difficult. I fly in and out the nest day.
To get the pup back to Germany I have tyo fly into Geniva
and drive back home. Flights into a non-EU country are hard to get.

Well the offer stands,Frank.
When I say just down the road I mean like 4 miles (about 6.5 kilometers).Either way I would be happy to meet you and the puppy.

Congrats on the upcoming puppy. Hope you have a great trip over here and get to meet Gel and have lunch.

Ohh, how thrilling...and to come such a long way. You must be excited. I commiserate with you on the wait; my new fellow was just born two weeks ago today. This site helps. Every time I look at the gallery I imagine the pitter -patter thump of a puppy in the house. Of course...there will be pictures. Won't there?

I know I've heard lots of good things about Aldercrest but if they've got people from outside the US flying in for dogs I need to go over there and see what's going on for myself.

franktoscano, Airberlin flies from LAX directly into Germany. The only problem is they no longer give free drinks on international flights.

I have used Air Berlin in the past however thist time I will use a carrier that flys into a non-EU country.

From what Phillip has said I would not be the first to fly into pick up a pup.
They have exported to 24 different countries over the last 30 years.
