Naughty puppy thread - post your pics

It might be worth a vet call regarding the toxicity of theobromine in chocolate/cocoa...Dobe's are big - but I know a lab that did NOT survive a pan of brownies

I don't really think there was much chocolate in it and it was probably more chocolate flavored with a few chips in it.

Kaiser had eaten a Nutella sandwich once :) when I was preparing sandwiches for our day in the mountains. I initially panicked because of the chocolate. When I googled it, I found out how insignificant the amount of actual chocolate was given his size. I was both relieved for K and disappointed by the Nutella makers. He didn't even have any :poop: as a result!

From what I've seen it may have to do with the dog. Our friend's dog, a little bitty poodle ate 3 chocolate bars and never had a problem. Maybe some are more sensitive?

Speaking of naughty. Rumor was bored last night. She was wanting Drake to come out and play. She kept coming up to me and giving me her pathetic look.
It wasn't till after I sent the pic to my kids that I noticed that dirty nose. Still trying to figure out what she was into.
Please, pretty please can Drake come out to play?

Most of the chocolate in the cookies are a milk chocolate, while it may upset the stomach usually it isn’t harmful the way dark (baker’s) Chocolate is.

That's the look of "mom I have no idea what happened so you can't be mad at me!"

I saw it on the camera before I got home so I was able to take a deep breath beforehand and remind myself that it was my fault for leaving the bed in there. The temptation is just too great
I’ve seen pics of dogs who avoid eye contact or avoid the exploded bed altogether, but only a Doberman will look you straight in the face like they are innocent  It’s such a bold strategy to act like they survived something horrible while we neglected them, I think I actually love them more for that :spit:

I’m bored at work and just saw this thread linked and have looked at all your pictures and omggg ahahh so funny I’m waiting for my time to hit.... our boy is hitting 5 months and has yet to go nuts, chew off parts of anything ( except a water bottle once which I was dumb and allowed him to have it for a min or two thinking it was ok and then he ate some of it, lesson learned aha ) or break anything. He hasn’t even ripped a stuffed animal yet he just sucks on them.

My one pair of foam dollar store flip flops have a lot of teeth marks in them aha but we have since got a shoe storage so they aren’t laying around by the stairs. If I was to leave the shoes out I feel like that would be his first thing to destroy.

My clock is ticking ahah wonder what will be the first victim of his teenage terror

I dont have a pic of what happened but I can tell you so maybe the level of sneaky will forewarn someone. Vinnie woke me up at 7am one day. This in itself was unusual but, whatever. I got up and made coffee. Now we live in a camper. The "bedroom" and rest of the camper is divided by a 4 foot tall partition and Vinnie sleeps on the floor between this partition and the bed. Anyway, I was making coffee and noticed there was no puppy following me around. Stupidly thinking this was a rare gift I sat down to enjoy my coffee after checking on him. He was curled up on his new bed sleeping like a little angel. Sat back down with coffee and a minute later I saw fluff pop up from behind the partition. Then more fluff. So realizing he was eating the bed I made a remark that I would go see where Vinnie was. When I got there, the bed was destroyed, fluff everywhere and Vinnie curled up sleeping like a little angle with one eye open to see if I was looking. Before I could get mad about bed #3 biting the dust, I realized this was his plan when he woke me up. He know he could not get away with this level of destruction with me in the bed right next to him. I was equally terrified and impressed.
