28 day old puppy without it's mother - how to care for a puppy so young?

Hi I have a puppy. So small. 28 days old. Doesn’t have its mother. So is there anyone who is experienced.? What should I give it? What kind of food and how should I take care of it professionally?

Just spit balling here but I would assume a milk replacement would be needed for 2 to 4 more weeks. Also at this point wet puppy food or soaked kibble would be ok at least I know when my parents bred border collies around 4 weeks food was introduced.

4 wks.... soak a little bit of kibble in goats milk until completely some, mash it up so it's like oatmeal, add a little more goats milk. They do great on it.
