Also - prescription food is garbage. Yes, dogs with EPI generally look malnourished. But there are always exceptions and it takes time for them to hit that point. I'd find a good, limited ingredient diet with an unusual protein source. Filtered/bottled water only. No treats. Zignature...

Yeah, definitely female. It's hard to see very well on my phone ... Gravid bulge is lower in the body than the just ate bulge. And usually more symmetrically rounded, where as food tends to have lumpyness to it. That said - while I'm sure you know this, babies come out with fully functioning...

Gravid or just ate. Not too sure what their breeding season is down there. Seems a little late in the year, but with how far south you are that may not be unusual. At that size it's almost definitely a female, though. That would be a rather good sized male.

Doubtful. Very doubtful. Uti would be first guess followed by kidney infection or kidney issue. Is he eating, drinking and pooping ok? Any diarrhea or vomiting? Any sign of pain (lethargic, mopy, whiney, restless)? When he does pee, is it regular colored, Dark or cloudy? These are questions...

And don't worry about seeing the vet he's been seen by before. It would help, as they'll have the records already, but absolutely not necessary. Pick the vet you like, you'll hopefully be dealing with them for the next decade or so. I would get him in tomorrow. UTIs can get serious, quickly...

If this continues for more than 24 hours, get him into the vet. Could be a urinary tract infection. Nothing too serious if caught in a timely fashion. Push extra fluids (give as much water as he will drink and add water to food). If he starts showing any signs of pain or fever, vet immediately.
