Doubtful. Very doubtful. Uti would be first guess followed by kidney infection or kidney issue. Is he eating, drinking and pooping ok? Any diarrhea or vomiting? Any sign of pain (lethargic, mopy, whiney, restless)? When he does pee, is it regular colored, Dark or cloudy?

I'd definitely schedule something tomorrow. Even if you have to take him through an emergency clinic. It's likely just a UTI and will be quick and easy to clear up. But as I said earlier, UTIs can turn fatal rather quickly if they hit the kidneys and turn septic. If he starts vomiting, diarrhea, fever, shaking or obvious pain - ER vet asap as those are serious signs and time is important. Really not trying to freak you and probably doing a poor job of it. It is definitely something best addressed sooner rather than later, but most likely nothing serious at this point.
As counterintuitive as it is, I would lay down puppy pads or paper towel. I usually wouldn't suggest this during potty training phase, but it will allow you to better monitor amount, color, odor etc of urine. Or, if you're not too squeemish, collect his urine in a cup/jar when he goes. Preferably glass. If you can collect samples, take the newest one to the vet with you as this will help them figure out what is going on. UTIs are rarer in makes, but definitely not unheard of.
I also would not stress indoor accidents right now. Don't scold or make a big deal of it (not saying you are btw!). Just clean it up and go about business. If you've ever had a UTI, you know that they are not very pleasant and can make you feel like you have to pee a lake like right now. Keep him confined to an easy to clean area for your sanity.
