She's like a little kitty! Is she petite?Going to attempt big girl stuff tonight… wish us luck! Haha
She now is a light snorer and it’s making me crazy. lol I thought it was my husband, nope it’s this chick!
We tried didn’t work outShe's like a little kitty! Is she petite?
And what was that? Leaving her out of her crate at night? We tried didn’t work out
Yep, had her go to her place - a few times- which was her bed on the floor. And what was that? Leaving her out of her crate at night?
Was she ever allowed in the bed? I mean even if you weren't in it? Annie was never allowed on our bed, right from the get-go. So it was a given that she stayed in her bed next to me once we quit the crate . A couple of times when she was younger doing a Zoomy she would run up there but was always reprimanded. I don't want her on our bed.She kept trying to get into our bed![]()
I can't sleep with a dog in the bed. Not even Kali. Plus it was started out the moment we got Annie that Queen Kali had her place on our bed during the day. I put her bed on our bed and it gave her a safe place away from Annie's antics. As soon as we go to bed she goes over to her second calming bed that is on our couch in the family room. LOLYes, I let her up when I shower because she’ll stay put and nap, this has been a newer thing for her to do. We also will nap together somedays in my bed.Was she ever allowed in the bed? Yeah I'm sure after she's been allowed up there she was a little confused.clearly have messed this up letting her in the bed and she felt left out last night.
Me too! Like I said even a little dog or years ago my cat! I find I don't move a lot when I sleep. But when I do, I can't stand that I can't! LOL I'm a little claustrophobic so I guess that adds to it.I cannot sleep with her at night we have tried I need space lol.
Great idea thank you! Going to try it!hmmmm.... we technically have a 'dog' blanket that we put on the bed during the day when the dogs might wander up there. They'll chill with us on the bed before lights out but as soon as they go in their crates for the night, the blanket comes off. I wonder if she'd be able to learn to associate a special blanket with "allowed" vs "not allowed?" or even the dog bed she's in in that picture?
If you mean the people bed, our dogs love it. Every morning when I wake up Elroy is flat on his back looking so content. Olive is curled up next to me also looking content.I don’t know how to explain it but sleeping on the “bed” is the ultimate thing for Freyja- she loves it.
100 percent how Pepper feels too. Not any other bed, but ours even on vacation lolI don’t know how to explain it but sleeping on the “bed” is the ultimate thing for Freyja- she loves it.

Aww the bulldozing lol I know exactly what you mean! So cute little legs peeking out.Glory will stare us down when it is time for bed....she can't wait to get in bed with us - she won't usually go in there without us, and as soon as we walk in the bedroom, she is up snowplowing the covers to get under. I have to squeeze my way inFalcon is still not allowed up....I think I will keep it as Glory's safe space...sometimes he is too rowdy at night.
