Well, I would have, but what came to mind was an old saying when referring to a tall person and a pun for this photo at the same time was "well that's a tall drink of water". But alas, referring to Zephyr not your adorable girl.
Give her a rope or a stick and she is always just a blur!
Making her sit in the tack room to warm up. It's not heated actually. There is a little space heater that I plug in once in awhile. But it's got two South windows and when it's sunny all day it warms up that room pretty nice. Check out the thermometer. This was at night when it was probably about six degrees or something.

That is so sweet! The lady who owns Kaatyshas parents is a seamstress, i can check with her in her off season to see if she could make something similar. It was still pretty cold yesterday but not dangerously so. Got to play outside for a bit!

I woke up Tuesday with ALL the flu symptoms (chills, headache, fever, joint pain, congestion, exhaustion) and the real feels temperatures have been in the negatives. These poor pups didn't do much outside the house Tuesday or Wednesday (we did enrichment feeders and lick mats and frozen kongs to help with the boredom). I did a lot of sleeping and hydrating and am feeling like I'm getting back to normal so they were super thrilled to be running around for a little bit.
