DCF Meet Amber

Glad to hear things are going well. Yes we needs pictures of all 3 of them.

Pictures coming very soon.
I've been very bad on pictures lately. Just bought a new SUV I'm fixing up. So once that's done I can finally transport them all to somewhere a little nicer for pictures than my weed infested yard!

how is Amber doing? it's been a while since any updates.

Nothing much has really changed. Amber is still a perfect little angel, no word on any homes yet.

That's fine with me though, she can stay as long as she wants.

She's just a blast to be around, really has come out of her shell.

I need to work on some pictures. I have been so terrible about those lately.

Kudos for opening your home and heart to these wonderful animals in transition .
My husband and I are considering fostering but I am not sure I could hand a dog over after I have bonded with it. I would end up wanting to keep them all.
Amber is a sweetheart ! In fact if she was closer I would be interested in adopting her myself.

Thanks @doberlicious !!'

Just a little update on Amber.....

She is still search for her new home.
She is such a good damn dog, and I am going to hate to see her go.

I have contemplated keeping her over and over. This one is going to hurt when she leaves, and as with all good things she will be my last foster for quite a while.
I will have my hands pretty full with the new puppy.

She has a few leads on some homes, just waiting for KCDR to get back to me.

Wow, wrong post in wrong thread.

Quick update on Amber. She is doing very well, and it looks like we have found her forever home.
Just waiting on the call from the new parents.

This one is going to be really tough. I have bonded with her, just like with Jala.
I tried to avoid doing that, but I cant help it.

She will be my last foster (besides cupcake) for about another 1.5-2 years.

Wish her luck on her journey to becoming the perfect forever pet.
Here is a link to her KCDR profile page in case anyone would like to see some pictures..

She has the personality to match.
She is so much like Jala it is unbelievable, Im going to have a really tough time letting her go, but cupcake needs my help and I have a puppy on the way.

You guys ready for the best part?

Remember Jala's mom? She is a member here, the one that adopted my first foster.

Will the husband that is looking for Amber is actually the brother to the owners of Jala.
Talk about a coincidence. Apparently everyone in that family is a good home.
