Tried to hire a trainer/behaviorist.

So after 45hrs of being around the guy she is still not having any of him. And barks at him still. It’s less and less but still that’s a lot of exposure time. How many hours are these cgc classes?
Short & sweet, usually an hour lesson. My dog was much like yours at this age, and also started in at about 4 months. The structured lessons were enormous benefit for my dog even with a teacher that didn't fit us. (Leaning pure positive) simply because all dogs were on leash, it was a controlled environment, we stayed fairly busy, then leave the class. Much better than being faced with the "problem" all day. Also it's on neutral ground - not at home or at work where your dog feels the need to defend. Every time you succeed in a small exercise in class, it's a win for her future behavior. Adding short lessons of being able to handle uncomfortable situations for her in class, learning self discipline and learning that people really can come & go without being barked at will translate better at home/work.

I figure she will settle down with age. And once I tell her to leave it that will be the end of it.
Age will definitely help. Depending on her personality, leave it may have to be paired with prong or e-collar for a long time.

She definitely wears the ecollar. I don’t use it all the time rarely need it actually. And she doesn’t act any different with or without it as in she doesn’t seem collar aware.
We have been training outside the dog park fence the last couple of mornings.
She gives a couple of barks when we get there. But she settles fairly quickly. We can keep our engagement up even right next to the fence. With all the little dogs yapping and fence fighting 3 feet away. Today their owner actually look annoyed as she was chasing them around trying to recall them 😂. Stassi was focused on me just busting out the reps.
She is starting to hold the commands really well. If I put her in a sit or down I can pull on the leash and she won’t move until I give her the release command. Same scenario I can drop a piece of cheese in front of her on the ground (cheese is her favorite). I don’t even have to tell her leave it anymore. She just waits for the release word. She is starting to put it all together.
There was another Dobe there the owner gave Stassi lots of praise and admiration for her age. She told me her dog was 4 and that Stassi would settle with age. Her dog came to the dog park off leash and left off leash. Very well behaved with very few commands needed.

Mine will open the door to let you in if they could.
