Spots / wounds on one leg

My guess is that this could be from him biting on his hind leg. No other places anywhere else on him. Lately he's been really licking and nibbling, especially at night. His coat looks good and doesnt seem to be itching anywhere else. Wonder if I should try and do anything to treat these and also any ways to stop the licking / nibbling (gets excessive sometimes). Pics are of the same spots jist different pics.

Does he play with other dogs?

When my two play chase the chaser will often bite the hind legs of the dog being chased, and it will leave scratch marks on the skin, like the second picture shows.

Looks he got scratched by something. My girl always licks at little booboos like that. I wouldn't worry unless they fail to heal up.

I agree that it doesn't look major. I'd just make sure he doesn't get in the habit of chronic licking since that can become a big problem.
