Skin problem - systemic?

Sad update.

Odin didn't make it. The infection spread too severely and he was suffering too much. He lost 10lbs in less than a month and became extremely lethargic yesterday. I took him to the hospital and very heartbreakingly decided the pain needed to stop.

I am beyond devastated 💔
Crap. This is a gut punch.
You did everything you could, including insisting on a second opinion...
and while its not much from a stranger ...
Many of us have been there too...its hard to know when best to let them go.

Please accept my sincere admiration for your total commitment to Odin and deepest sympathy for your loss.

You will meet him on the other side.

Oh no, I'm so very sorry! :sorrow: You did everything you could and I never want to see a dog in pain either.
