Stassi does this weird thing where she’s inside laying in the cool house. She wants to be let outside and then goes and lays down on the artificial turf that is hotter than the concrete. Its 110 outside mind you. She will lay there till she’s fully panting. Then comes back in and lays down again. It’s really weird. The only thing I can come up with is it feels good to stimulate her nervous system to those extremes.

Exactly. Since getting Kaiser and knowing how much he loves to go in and out of the house at his leisure, we only run the AC when it's going to be unbearably hot. It's a fight every year with my hb because he wants the AC to go on and stay on for the season HAHA, but I always remind him how tired Kaiser gets from the heat, and then he gives in.
