Random Pet Photo of the Day - 2024

“I’m innocent!”

He’s been on a killing spree lately lol. I’m trying to peak his interest more in rubber toys because he’s been gnawing on the soft ones. So far it’s not going successfully. He gets some type of chew nearly everyday so it’s not like he has nothing to chew on.

I don't mean to laugh since we're going through this with Olive too. She doesn't even like toys but if it's something she thinks she can destroy and swallow, she's game. Darn brats...

He’s weird about toys. He still has toys from when I brought him home nearly 11 months ago (that he plays with regularly) which don’t have any holes or pieces missing. He’s had that turkey toy for 4-5 months. Then sometimes I’ll bring home a new toy and within a few minutes he’s tearing it apart. Maybe that’s his way of saying he doesn’t like it 😂

We basically had the same outing today as a few days ago. Somehow the dog park was empty again so we went there for about 10-15 minutes. At the end he decided to lay under this picnic table lol.A76CF85E-342A-40B5-93B8-7CC6985F0D75.webp
We went for a quick walk on the beach too. It was very gray out and so humid. You can’t really tell from this picture but it was a bit busy, so I didn’t let him have the whole 30ft longline to run. I decided to use the distraction of people to do some training though!

I was curious if he’d go on this swing. He didn’t seem to care that it moved.

One thing I 'kinda" miss is my american dobermans they can be more lazy..lol Kira is my first european and shes at times hard to get to take it easy. She is only 9 months but hopefully can may slow down as she ages.. I read up on them. I had all types of personalities in the past but not like this european. And breeder said she was more of the low drive puppies. I would hate to own one that is high drive then for my needs. lol Im disabled and she is training as my therapy dog. She does well so far..
