Took the dogs to the secure field this morning to let off some steam.



Tara’s not interested in him one teeny tiny bit lol. He’s so desperate to play with her but nope!!! Today he only got told off once by her for barking in her face…he soon stopped!! Haha!!!!

Yesterday I was feeding the horses in the morning and when I opened the overhead door, Kali saw something off to the side. She took off like a bullet with me screaming after her and grabbing the remote to her e-collar! In the 2 seconds it took me to run out of the barn after her, she was already heading back. But, sheesh! Scared me half to death after the coyote fiasco! I never saw what she was after but her hackles were all raised down her back! I only caught the 'tail end'. Ha!

Coyotes will get Ashas hackles up every time. She and Reckless both go nuts when the coyotes come around.

Our friends had their baby gender reveal party today (can you tell??) but really, it meant I got to hang out with their doggos. Mila and vanilla Moose

I'm off all week which means I get to do stuff with the doggo's!!! I try to do some things separately and some things together.

Today was kinda crummy and Moo is better built for that so he and I went for a nice long hike.




Of course we had to finish with a dip in the lake







And then roll around in the sand to make sure to totally destroy my car




Hopefully I can swing an agility ring rental for both dogs tomorrow!

@Rits, I thought Asha would out-grow that flying into the house at warp speed, but she didn't. We did the sit/wait from the beginning, but the word OK doesn't come with speed limits! It took me almost a year with the prong collar, every single time. It's insane. That and holding a treat to walk her to her place. I've just never experienced a dog like this. Glad to know we're in good company...

I have been so busy lately picking up overtime and working the holiday. It was Jaspers birthday on the 17th, he is 3 already!
