hmmm curious for other people's input but I popped open Dobequest.org and there are some entries for Les Duex Peupliers but they seem like 'older' lines? You can click through a couple generations of progenies and the data is more complete but I didn't see anything for Queston, specifically, and it seems like the Les Duex Pueplier kennel name mightn't be around much, anymore?
There is a site, forrerndobermanns.com, that advertised Zamu Les Duex Peupliers but dobequest indicates he passed in 2014 so must be an old entry in the site.

I don't know if you have something like Embark available there but you can do a quick mouth swab to see what your own dogs vWD status is.

I found his kennel in Denmark. Not much health testing over there so you may struggle to find any paperwork. Looks like the specific dog you are talking about DOB was 26 years ago. Have you talked to the breeder?

Sorry, I'm not much help with pedigrees as both my dogs have been/are Dobe mixes. However I am going to get my current boy DNA tested if they have an Embark equivalent here. Orivet does both id testing and health testing here in Australia. Both Embark and Wisdom are available in Aus too. Welcome to DC!
