Prada diagnosed with DCM

Maybe just trial her In Protection This fall if she is doing ok. She loves it so much. I wasn’t her to enjoy what ever time she has not restrict her to nothing. That would not be fair for her.

I so agree. If that's what they love, let them have the quality of life when they're feeling good.

Awww... I was just thinking of Prada as a puppy the other day. You made the cutest posts for her. DCM sucks... It seems like no matter how much testing, screening, careful breeding, etc. that DCM can always be right around the corner. It's the risk we seem to take when committing to a new Doberman puppy. I'm sorry about the sad news but am sure Prada will have many "best days ever" in the months to come

So sorry to hear this news.

I would start supplements. Once rested and retested I would do only short walks and not in hot weather.

Try and keep a positive outlook!

I will send you our supplement list on what we have been doing for our male for the last 4yr and 7mo. But we caught it very early in the Occult Stage.

So sorry for your news DCM is devastating news I have had very kind messages on this forum and very welcome advice I've started King on the supplements that strykerdobe sent me i think anything you can do is worth trying my thoughts are with you just enjoy every moment you can
