Neutering Nerves

I’ve rented AirBnB’s in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. I’d say about 1/3 of the “pet friendly” ones only allowed small dogs, but I’ve never personally seen them require the dog to be neutered. I wonder if that is something certain property management companies are requiring?

Side note, but I always found the “small dog only” thing kind of funny, as they tend to be not as well trained.

Lol, I hesitate to say this (and never would to an owner) but if you think Dobes are inbred, look at the popular toy breeds.

Call me a Big Dog Snob but I have pretty much no use for them, (with exceptions) and think too many have been too inbred for necessary room for brains...
