It IS gross!! lol I had a Pomeranian and a cat at the same time and let me tell you :complain: I hated when I'd catch her in there!!! And her breath! :eekwtf: Ugh, drop dead awful!!!! THATS when I knew she had been in there and I missed it! :groan:
 
And the worst part is that they know how to be so dang quiet. Mila's disadvantage is her size though. I can put a gate up on the door to the cat room, leaving just enough room for Dakota to go and come (being a bigger cat, and getting older, I try to limit how much she has to jump too high for things), and Mila can't get through. I'm sure she could if she reeeeally wanted to but 1) there'd be noise, and 2) she still hasn't really learned to GET small. In her brain she's small, but she can't figure out how to get under the gate and roll like my Australian Shepherd used to do, lol. Now THAT girl had it down to a science. Mila's still too klutzy. A win for me! Haha

Hubby and i just had a "conversation" about this. OMG! That man is going to be the death of me! :mad:
I use conversation loosely. He didn't do much talking. :cool: Definitely a onesided convo. :rolleyes: Things like "what part of having a pup don't you understand?" is how it started. He suddenly forgot how to pick up his socks and how to put stuff away. :rp: Help me out here dear :pullhair:
 
My stuff is up too so Nero is digging it out and leaving hubs stuff alone on purpose. Like jumping up to get something while Im trying to potty alone. How dare I apparently! :rolleyes:Nero will grab his socks and pants if there is nothing else. He has toys, even toys with cloth, so what's with this human clothing obsession?! :wtf:
 
Can i make his toys smell like us more? Someone suggested dryer sheets but we ise the unscented ones.
 
Or shove a toy under your shirt for a bit. I'm not kidding, lol. It's the scent of your body they like. Mila goes so far as to shove her nose in my boobs, lol. You know INSIDE my shirt if I lean over. My shih tzu Kona does it too. If I hold him he dive bombs into my cleavage. I'm all, really? Lol I'd try shoving the toy inside your shirt, or literally rubbing it on your body, buuuutttt he'll still go after your clothes. It's momma!
 
At least I am not alone in this!!
Hubby still complains about his stuff getting chewed. Him: "I can't even set my glasses down for 2 seconds without the pups grabbing them."
Me: "Welcome to Doberteens."
He just can't stand being told to pick up his things. Let the pups grab something of mine and like a little kid he has to come running to tell me I need to put my stuff up just so he can gripe at me like I do him, and while he is doing this he has invariably left something within the pups reach and they are happily chewing his things as he is telling me about my stuff. It's a merry go round!!
It's almost like he thinks it's a competition of who gets the last nag in. Lol
 
@NikiL02 glad to see you have joined us here with pictures. Hahaha
Mine are not quite 10 months yet and nothing is sacred. They have destroyed so many of my plants and that really upsets me! Guess I will have to make good on my threat and put up fencing around the plant beds. :mad:
 
Nero has learned drop pretty well and even is learning open and close. He was trying to bite down whenever I had to reach in his big trap for something small so I had to teach him it was okay to open his mouth. Lots of treats for opening big! After the offending object is removed of course. Lol

Of course he still likes shoving his nose into my armpit or crotch. He tries to get me from behind cause it's harder to swat him away. Little smartypants.
