My method of ear posting

Initially developed to post my giant schnauzer's ears.

Pros:
Takes little time to apply
Non- invasive, nothing in the bell
Leaves the ear canals completely open
Doesn't inhibit hearing or use and movement of the ears
Provides for canine communication via ear carriage
Allows development of the auricular muscles
Provides lightweight upright stability, strength and comfort
Rain is not an issue
Length of time to post 4-8 weeks depending upon the length of crop.

Cons: haven't found any yet

A feather quill provides the lightweight stability, sandwiched between two pieces of thin moleskin. Paper tape when needed, papertape brace when/if needed.

The last photo is after 8 weeks of posting and two weeks all natural.
