Is Doberman pup purebred or mixed?

Hello! I just got a doberman pup ‘Levi’. I got him from craigslist and breeder said mum and dad were both dobs. He checks all the boxes of doberman traits but the only thing that doesnt add up is his weight. Online says at 8 weeks they should be around 15-20lbs but he is only just under 11lbs.
That raised a doubt if he is mixed or purebred
Purebred or not he is a member of the family. Just wanted to check on here to learn more about dobermans and maybe get some information on him from doberman experienced people.
Any feedbacks are appreciated.

Side note: the picture with him sitting on the couch infront of me is the latest (taken on july 31)
He gained 4.5 lbs in the first 2 weeks since we got him

Welcome from Minnesota!

My most recent female was 11.2 pounds at 10 weeks and she is most definitely purebred. I wouldn't say Levi isn't purebred based on his weight at age. He really looks 100% Doberman to me. Very handsome pup!

Agree…they are all a little different.

Some come into this world blazing raring to go whereas others catch up on the backside. I’ve heard a couple breeders say a runt can turn into the largest of the litter.

Looks like a Doberman to me esp the size and coloring of those paws.
