You can remove all things in there and use a blanket or a pad he can’t chew. Put 1 chew toy in there don’t give him too many options. A chew toy he can’t destruct.
Is he waking to go to bathroom?

I put inside a bed, a blanket the plushie toy with heart beat from the first day he came here and a chewi toy and i hear the clicks and i know he chew the plushie toy…then start with the chew toy the start biting the blanket, then the bed and then again the plushie and then stop and back to sleep. Yea, he wake up around 3 am or something, take him to potty place, he pee on it, i reward, take him back to his crate, then start the
process and then he wakes up again around 6 in the morning because the one who raised him woke around that hour for running and take him out
Glad you came here! Everything above is good advice. Your Cerberus is very cute! I won't add more advice but I want to tell you I am another one here with an Doberman puppy, and I am sometimes wondering what I was thinking getting one, my puppy is 14 weeks. It sounds like you were prepared and knew what you were getting as much as you could, and that is something to be proud of. I also think you are doing a lot of things right and you can use the other's advice to make the details better. My puppy is my second Doberman, and they are so worth all the effort once you get them on their way. Hang in there, I am going through it all too. It gets better.

Thank you so much for kind words … i really needed to hear i’m on the right path … i’m really struggling because it changed my usual schedule and routine and i’m trying to cope with everything … house, cats and him
Yes! That is a lot all at once! You will adjust, the same way Cerberus will learn and the two of you will come together so nicely, you wont want to be anywhere without him. But for now, Leaving the house kinda feels like a break
and I think that is okay. Sometimes my little one needs a break from me and my two other dogs too.

Today i changed his schedule a bit with 10 minutes walk in the morning and some play + some training, 2 hours of walk on lunchtime + dinner later than I initially prepared so i can walk him and do his poop and pee but ended up just for 15 minutes because he didn’t want to walk anymore and when we arrived home from the walk i let him play alone this time in his playden to see how is he handling and for how long … at some point i thought he left with the playden around the houseYes! Mine still does that sometimes too. How big is half his crate? I have better luck when she has just enough room to stand up, turn around, and lay back down. I don't keep anything in the crate on the floor, just the plastic tray so that if she is going to think about peeing in it, she knows she will have to sit with it for a while, and nothing will absorb it for her.

Is first time he did it and about the size of his space, i can also fit in it and i have 154 hahaha. Before bedtime he fell asleep in his playden and my husband took him directly into his crate. Maybe it was an accident because he wasn’t to pee before bedtime, which is our mistake, or to mark his territory because both of our cats were curious and entered in his crate to check and the smell of them made him do it
For me, I definitely take my sleeping puppy outside any time I would pick her up to move her. If his crate is more than enough for him to stand up, turn around, and lay back down in, I would definitely make it smaller. I always give a puppy more crate than it needs in the beginning and I regret it every single time. I can't say anything about the cats, I haven't any experience with them for many years.

My husband didn’t know. He is the one that moved him … but yea in the crate i thing we can put 2 like him and have enough space hahaha

Ok so he’s 8 weeks which is very young and walking over 20 min is a lot for him.
I would scale down the activity and work on resting more. The more activity they get the more wired they get and then you have dog who cannot settle and wants more.
Plus, at his age exercise should not be forced and 1 hour walk is a lot for a young pup. I would aim for 10 min a month walk time. You can obedience train and play for a few minutes too, but again he’s super young and those sessions should be no more than 20 minutes. After that potty crate to sleep.
They sleep 18-20 hours a day and should keep that up for a while.
Too much forced exercise is also not safe for their joints as they grown until 18 months growth plate wise.

I tried but if i stop play with him, he just transform into a noise tornado, today even he broke down the grill around his potty and i clicked because i was doing some chores in the house because ofc they need to be done also …
