Florida's new Dog Laws - Owners beware!

It's not breed specific, but still... and considering the current prohibition by Florida based Home insurers against pets on their "dangerous breed" lists....

This is what we're dealing with down here.

And HOAs ruled by Krazy Karen's...HOAs are under pressure on their insurance and "risk for dogs" is easily reduced, by banning breeds, or size limits reduced...is there an Association of HOA management that sets out best practices, or provides new buyers a way to screen out the nuts, and/or alternatively dog friendly?

Not that I'm aware of. And my HOA has made no specific statement in re: Prohibition on dangerous breeds, to my knowledge. I think that's because they rely on Homeowners Insurance companies to do that. It keeps them "off the hook" with the community members. They aren't the "bad guys." The Insurers are.
