I've never heard of this. I put the used coffee and filter in our compost bin, but never knew it came in bags. I use sand in the coop and a kitty litter scoop daily is all it takes to make it stay clean. And of course we put the poop in the compost pile too. I can't imagine the amount of poop if they didn't go out all day. Next time I'm at the feed store I'll see if they have coffee grounds. Interesting!!!
What is BLRW?
Blue Laced Red Wyandottes. They can come in blue, black and splash. There is also silver laced (black and white). Here's my sister in laws silver laced wyandottes.

Ah-hah, you are learning so much pretty quick!! They are pure! I ordered from Paul Smith once (one of the founders of the breed) and another farm that is no longer breeding.
That's a blue laced red wyandotte (BLRW), blue color on left and splash on right. Ameraucana have puffy cheek feathers and beards. BLRW lay a light brown egg and Ameraucana lay blue eggs.
Hatcheries usually sell the blue, black, splash all together since they are a variety that can breed together. Silver laced red wyandotte (the black and white ones my sister in law has) would be a guarantee. You can tell the color as chicks. Each have their own unique chick fluff.
Yea they don't have big combs which help disperse the heat but it gets pretty hot and humid here (upper 80-90s in summer with high humidity) and mine do just fine. Just be sure the coop has plenty of ventilation, they have a shady place to chill, and their water is out of the sun. Which with your location for the coop looks perfect. You can add solar powered or electric fans in the coop to help move the air around.
The very first time I ordered chicks was in 2016 and we got a straight run of 10 Gold Lace Wyandottes & 10 Silver Lace. They sent us a bonus free chick which turned out to be a Fayoumi Rooster. Straight runs mean they don't sex the chicks, theoretically should be half & half male & female, but we'd heard stories (that chicken forum!) of straight runs coming in all males. But we were thinking we would like to see if we wanted to dabble in butchering & having fresh chicken to eat, so we took our chances. Came out exactly 50/50, for the 20 chicks. The Fayoumi rooster was amazing - they are very early maturing birds and he was croaking out crows before he got all his feathers. They are slim trim desert birds and I just loved him. Wild and flighty though. He died at about 5 or 6 months old from what we call Hardware Disease: Ate a piece of metal. We processed all except two roosters and gave the Gold Lace one away because he was already attacking us. The Silver Lace seemed to leave us alone. Turns out as soon as Leo was gone Blue got up the gumption to start attacking us and it never stopped. I almost killed him several times running after him with a big stick all over the property. That rooster came at you with both front feet and aimed at your eyes. You couldn't go out the door that he would leave his hens to come after you. I thought I could set him straight but I couldn't. I think we put him in the pot at about 20 months old. Spent almost 2 years trying to give him a chance, but not a day went by that he didn't run at someone.
Holy cow my mom used to get that catalog when I was a kid and that was a long time ago.
This last year or two it has become a really beautiful catalog with great pictures. Probably the extra popularity from the Covid years enhanced their advertising dollars. I always keep the latest one until the next year - great reference for chicken breeds.
The other thing is that they're really dusty so if you have allergies it's best to wear a mask when cleaning the coop. Even our parrot is dusty so I always wear one when I clean his cage.
