Baby tooth hasn’t fallen out, adult tooth is coming in

Update: Never mind, it already fell out! I just checked again to see if it got any looser and it’s gone thankfully! Not sure how to delete the post, so figured I would just add an update.

I believe Remy has now lost all but 1 incisor. I noticed today that the baby tooth is still there, however the adult tooth has began to grow in behind it. (The teeth are about the same size, so it’s probably been coming up for a few days already.) When I felt the baby tooth it feels like it does move a little when touched, so I’m hoping it’s loose and will fall out on its on.

How long should I wait to see if it falls out before doing something? I heard they need to be removed if it doesn't come out. He goes to the vet again soon for his last puppy vaccines, so I will bring it up to them if it hasn’t fallen out by then!

How old is he now? I would have thought he'd be through with vaccines before his adult teeth were done. (Just curious, since you said never mind about the question.)

He’ll be 18 weeks in a few days. He’s only lost the incisors (I think all of them now, it’s hard to tell). He still has the puppy canines and premolars.

I looked up one time when my girls were pups and playing tug with each other using one of those long tug ropes that I found at TSC.

Between the two of them there were puppy teeth everywhere!

Guessing the teeth were 'ready' to come out as they were not even really going at it that hard. Ive got a pill bottle somewhere with all the Dober puppy teeth I have collected over the years. I am sure a few were lost or swallowed but a LOT more were collected.

Lots of frozen carrots when teething also. Helps soothe their gums.

Elroy just lost his last tooth a few weeks ago and he's 7 months now. All of the adult teeth were in so that one must not have fell out when it was supposed to. That was the only one of his I found.
