    I have looked at those quite often and I agree that anything made for a horse lasts a lot longer than the dog version.

    Our Boxer was quite heavy chested and probably not a very good swimmer so his front end just went down and his back end came up.

    Our club has held Fetch dog, ATT and FDC in conjunction with a nearby AKC club. Trick Dog could be done virtually last I checked and my friend here in town has a more advanced Fit Dog title. With that one it's an honor system where you track the miles you walk your dog and do some other sport...

    Nice to see you again Art! The happy ratters sounds very interesting for sure since I don't see much for barn hunt here. I know a club to our west is having a rat seminar in a few weeks but I think it's full already.

    In this case it is for health reasons so it doesn't have to be show lines. They're more looking to do research on what is causing Wobblers and the underlying cause.

    You're right about their list of high risk dogs (and the Doberman is on it) but thankfully we live out in the sticks and our ins. company is fine with any breed.
