Do they ever end up in the road? Or do they escape to make a beeline to your good green grass, lol! I'd worry about them getting in the road, especially at night!
Haha, they make a beeline to my horses first and then see my great grass!
That gets watered daily with filling the water trough, watering my flowers, hosing down my golf cart, wagons, etc. As far as the horses, we are so far off the road back here that it's not a worry. That's what's so nice here is we're surrounded by land except out front. And that's about 500 ft away. And the road out front is a seldom traveled gravel road except for the seven neighbors.
And that road is again surrounded by large farm fields! LOL They'd have to travel pretty far to get on the main Highway. And me and all our neighbors have their horses out back here and that's right where they want to go! 
Right by the other horses! Lots of times I'll take one horse out of the Corral at the time and let them graze loose. They don't want to go anywhere. They want to stay with their herd. Mine don't even want to go over to the neighbors! And these horses coming over today are only because she does the same thing. She has a couple of them Loose by the barn while she feeds them their grain individually. Once in a while one of them gets to feeling spunky and comes over by mine. If she never came and got them I have no doubt he'd just go right back to his place to be with his buddy's. In fact, she just caught the one with the halter and the other one followed. " Don't leave me!"
And she never feeds them like that at night.
I think my husband had too much fun taking care of Annie while I was away last weekend! 
The day after I came home he said that he couldn't watch Annie while he backed his van in the barn. (She was outside with him) So he opened the van side door and she jumped in and rode down to the barn with him! He's like, "Watch."
He says, "come on, Annie " and goes up to the house to get his van (we were down at the barn) She jumps in and he drives down! Very cute!
She jumps out but my picture is a blurr.

You know we welcome as many photos as we can get. I still have some on the camera but haven't bothered to pull them off yet.
How are Collins now that you worked on them a bit? It look to me like Hush needs a bit more work too.Trendy ear status in June (I KNOW I'm very behind on pics) I did repost in full posts a few more times

Yes they do.
Collins have been perfect since she left here! Here they were in August when I last saw her. (This is Trendy's littermate that my breeder kept for those that don't know/remember)

Love our Rufflands! We have 4 XLs in various colorsI finally got Remy a Ruffland Kennel now that we got a bigger car. I feel much better about traveling with him now! View attachment 149343Took a quick drive with him to test it out. He hopped right in and made himself comfy. I ordered a Primo Pad that should be here soon, of course it’s green
I couldn't imagine traveling without them in one. So many crash pictures and the dog is fine in their ruffland while the car is a crumpled mess! Mine go in and immediately fall asleep. Just make sure to take the Primo Pad out once a month or so to clean underneath. The dobe hair amazingly piles up lol.

I was stuck between getting a color or just the gray one. I wasn’t a huge fan of the green ones they had and eventually when I buy a second I think I would prefer if they matchedWe have 4 XLs in various colors
It’s amazing really! I’ve wanted one for so long but it just didn’t fit in the car. I actually went awhile back and bought one, went to put it in the trunk and it didn’t fit so immediately returned it lol. I made the dumb mistake of only measuring the ceiling height and not the opening of the hatch… The crate ended up being just a little too tall and there wasn’t enough room to put it in sideways then turn it around.
Yeah, it’s crazy! He has a primo pad in his house crate too and I’m always amazed how much hair is there when I clean behind the crate and under the pad.
She's gorgeous and the ears do look great!
I recently found out that the fleet store in a neighboring town carries the Ruffland's even though the one in this town (same local chain) only has Pet Porters. Go figure...

I hope now that they are increasing popular more stores will carry them! The Bass Pro about 30 minutes away used to stock all sizes, now it seems they no longer carry the XL. The nearest store (where I bought mine from) was almost 2 hours away in NC. They had a lot of stock in multiple colors which was nice.
Wow the store around here that apparently carries them is only 30 minutes away, at least that's what the local people at a dog show in Aug told me. I know I could order one but I'd rather eyeball it in person than order one.

You’d save a lot of money on shipping if you buy it in person. Plus they say it may take up to 6 weeks to ship. I went to Sportsman’s Warehouse and with tax it was $450ish, on Ruffland’s site I believe it was $480 and with shipping came out to $625!
