omg, I have seen that face & heard that talk soooo many times now (Asha). I keep thinking she's trying to speak English.Rubie is VERY vocal about her displeasure

If she would learn how to turn off the water we would be set. That's enough water in there Mom...![]()

Taught her to get in the tub on command in one attempt. All it took were some marshmallows tossed in and a big curious personality. She got in on her own, then got out. I said "get in the tub", something she's never heard me say before and her smart deductive reasoning figured the rest out (video then starts)
Now she needs to learn to bathe herself and we will be golden.![]()
Holy cow, I would never think to use marshmallows. Did she eat them too?All it took were some marshmallows tossed in and a big curious personality.
Yep! Probably not the best thing to use but in moderation it seems ok to me. I used the tiny ones. I'm always mixing up what her treats are because she gets bored if I use them for too long. Case in point; today in class she didn't give two poops about cut up cheese that she did backflips for at homeHoly cow, I would never think to use marshmallows. Did she eat them too?
Hubby and I can't stand marshmallows but I'm sure there could be other substitutes that would work.
which just added to her playing dumb like she didn't know what I was asking of her.
What a lovely memory. Looks like he left you with a lifetime of those with his character. We love our cats here too. Thank you for sharing, couldn't help but smile.@Skatchkeb 's earlier post training his cat, it reminded me I have this old video of my cat when he was a kitten. Corbin died a year ago, but this video brought some happy memories. He was absolutely the best. I could walk him in a harness and when I took the horse for a weekend camping/riding in the mountains he came along. (he stayed in the trailer while I rode). Anyway cheers to my beloved cat. Life goes on.
Great video, @Skatchkeb. I have to say thank you for having CC's - does YouTube automatically do that? I have a hearing impairment and I couldn't make out the last sentence, then I saw the CC button & got it! Made all the difference to know your last words!
That was awesome!Made another TikTok
"This is a weird chuck-it ball!"
