Bri 82lbs of puppy is almost how much YOU weigh! I can totally understand why you don't want to be body slammed, especially not by 2 of them.

Nero tried to lay on the bed last night... The bed is NOT big enough for a doberman and 2 people. Need a king.

Isn't that the truth. 82lbs of puppy jumping on your lap and body slamming you in the middle of the night is painful.
If I get down on all fours to look for something under the couch or bed, they think it's a game and start batting me with their huge paws!! Argh

I'm working to desensitize her by being on the floor often. Got so tired of being headbutted. Omg the fast moves she can do. So surprised we haven't been knocked out. I told my mom if we could train that on command, that'd be a weapon!

Our almost 8 year old puppy did this the other day to one of their Secret Santa gifts. Not that she wanted to destroy it for fun, but Albert wanted it so it had to go. LOL

Being new years, I was thinking about how Hans is almost 8 too. He's been very good with his SS presents except for some minor destuffing of his new goose that honks when chomped.

Yes it "was" and she would normally snuggle with it but Albert loved it just as much so I heard her going to town on it and that's what I found when I walked in.
