My baby girl has entered the world! I can't tell you how excited I am!

Now let me tell you a little about her. She came today along with 9 siblings, 3 black males, 4 red male and 3 black females. So no little red girl for me. I good with that as most of you know the story of Drake.
Now for the surprise I told you all about. She is from Liparland. I know you are all surprised at that.
Long story that I will share if you want to hear. it.

Originally not the pup I wanted but definitely the right one for me.
Now I just have to start the count down. First will be dock day, a step closer to coming home next will be the crop and before I know it she will be home!

I posted on the other thread, but forgot to mention that I am so happy the journey is over!!!...Wonderful ending for that thread! I'm so excited!!!...I suppose I won't repeat everything I said on the other thread, but good lord I can't tell you how happy I am for you!!

Pics will be coming soon. Vera is in Italy at the IDC Championship. She left hubby in charge and apparently technology is not his specialty. But thankfully dobermans are.
BTW, one of Valdo's pups went to finals today and Valdo is showing tomorrow. Lots going on over there so I promised to be patient on pics.

Aww, thanks! I have to be honest and say I shed a lot of tears. Mostly because I am happy, but there was some sadness in there too. Another step in letting go of my Goober. I know she is happy for me. She's standing up there smiling down at me. I'm just happy she taught me to love enough to do it again.

I think we will try lots of things and just see what we like. Of course therapy work will be on the list and from there we'll just see what happens.
I am very excited about having every option without any pressure , we can just do what we want to do. I think it will be lots of fun.

Wow! Congratulations!!

I can say it is very cool to hear you've gotten a pup from Liparland. I am selfish in saying this. I plan to use this forum to learn of successes with Euro breeders in other countries. This is the third from Liparland that I know of on here. I really look forward to seeing and reading of her growing up!
