This weekend Richter earned 2 out of 3 legs towards his first lure coursing title. I'm pretty sure he thought it was the MOST FUN THING EVER. I had some trouble catching him at the end because he wanted to go find more lures that were surely hiding out in the field somewhere http://www."another board"/images/smilies/smile1.gif
We have another one in October, so hopefully he'll have his first title by the end of next month! We also have an ORT for Nosework in October for birch, and I'm hoping he will pass that as well.
We still do agility foundations class and have started an obedience class, but I don't think we'll be ready to trial for a while yet in obedience - I have a 14 month old male with testicles, so the distraction level is high!
Lure coursing is awesome! I encourage people to try it...Dobes seem to really love it!
