Voracious appetite

as soon as she knows it is time to eat goes into a scenario of top of the voice box chilling shrills of pure joy... it only lasts a few minutes before i put her bowl to the floor...but she is sooooooo verbal.
Mine is the same, but barking. Except on Sardine day. I'll be fixing the food and crack the tab of the sardine can and she SQUEALS in delight and desperation knowing she's getting sardines.

I have a slow feeder bowl, but she now will pick it up and throw it to unleash the food in the bowl
I always wanted to try a slow feeder but could only imagine this ^^^ so I've never even tried it.

Yep she bites the edge of the bowl and there it goes across my kitchen lol. She makes sure she eats her meat topper and vitamin powder first though. I figured it’s still slowing her down 😆🤷‍♀️

How about the turbo spins too? Pepper can hardly contain herself before a meal it’s hysterical.

Yes, that goes along with the barking.

I just couldn't handle that as kibble is always soaked plus mixed with something else nastier than wet kibble. 😵‍💫
I know it makes me crazy! I’m not sure how she doesn’t get dizzy lol she likes to do a nice high peep bark lol

Olive squeals like a little girl when her food is coming but thankfully hasn't flipped the bowl yet. Elroy just pounds on the crate door telling me he's starving. LOL

oh the squeal..........lol.. take the pounding any day..lol

Sasha likes to eat when we do. She will sometimes save her morning meal until noon. I do not pull it, as she has always been odd about meal time. A very bad habit, which is entirely my fault, is that if she lays by my chair at mealtime, she gets the last bite. If she sees me close to finishing, she panics and starts to whine and cry; batting me with her paw and staring me down. It is shameless on both our parts.😂
