Um, no words.

I wish.

Maybe 4,000 views will put a dent in her biz.

Great link.
Quick impressions, with facts to be verified by anyone shopping for this breeders dogs.

1.Seems to be 3 litters going at same time, with no explanation of staffing for the key early human socialization in puppy stage thats so helpful for temperament, confidence.

2.no actual echo or holter tests shown on ads for parents
(We all know tbe DNA markers on Embark or Wisdom doesn't mean squat) and so there is no claim to good health. This is unethical given the well know issues in the breed.

3. Purebred is not wellbred. I defer to others shopping to confirm as to pedigree data on DobeQuest or elsewhere to confirm COD and longevity in the lines.

4. And misrepresenting breeding to white/fawn by crossing Z factor dogs which guarantees major skin, eye health problems,
See great explanation by FB user in the link.

Is immoral and borderline fraud, imho.

5. And calling/inferring obvious cross breeds (dane or catahoula for merle, harlequin is most likely?)
as "purebred doberman" is NOT ethical.
Note great danes are prone to heart problems and shorter avearge lifespans than dobes, so the chances are higher for earlier than average life and death by DCM.

Bottomline: in my opinion-
Its fraudulent, false advertising, shady business practices.

What to do?
BBB is toothless but maybe there is a Chamber of Commerce or other business oversight entity in area to lodge a complaint, including business licenses.

Someone call USDA and whoever else regulates breeders in TX.

Usually when someone mistepresents a product or service this blatantly there are ways to check if they are operating in violation of other business or regulatory agencies.

Now, having said all that- the free market will fill a need thats unmet*
Marketers also say "create the need" - thus the flashy AI pages mimicking typical show or working breeder ads.

Best thing we and other dobe fans can do is educate the public so pass it around:
Caveat Emptor.

* read The Dog Merchants by Kim Kavan
Two interviews stood out:
1. A large rescu non-profit explained the market demand for pets is only fulfilled 40% by ethical breeders
2. A large, tested, inspected by USDA commercial breeder in the midwest admitted that 40% of their orders for puppies cane from rescues, for popular breeds or crosses

I was wondering why I was seeing complete litters of black nosed curs, catahoula crosses sold by Helen Woodward a couple years ago to new pet buyers...$500 each

These are strong utility dogs with strong prey drive and stubborn temperaments...not the typical sweet lab mix...

Sadly, too many people buy dogs for looks, without considering the rest. Or because they are showing up as the latest thing on social media. Go figure.
